Challenged with a food delivery, e-commerce turnaround through comprehensive marketing campaigns, product launches and branding strategies. Managed a team consisting of an Operations Manager and Marketing Assistant at a four person company. Deployed local database and market-targeted media advertising with customized messaging, SEO, PPC, coupon tracking codes and an integrated marketing / promotions calendar.

 

  • Brought on to organize and achieve a complete brand turnaround and integration of product offerings through coherent messaging.

  • Executed uncured / natural product reformulation and found new co-packers to significantly lower cost of all products. 

  • Succeeded in expanding YOY revenue in 2016 by over 126% in April and 204% in July, session volume by 71% for April and 16% month over month revenue.

  • Doubled site traffic by refining Google Ads / Adwords and opened Adroll retargeting account, while setting up Bing advertising and Adswerve/Doubleclick dbm programmatic marketing on very tight budget.

  • Reversed a failing Magento site into customized Shopify hosted site through intensive website redesign that scaled to handle 600% higher traffic, designed over a weekend, by myself.

  • Designed and executed a national ad campaign that targeted US cities with largest potential customer bases, cross-referenced by largest average order and highest profitability margin.

  • Secured international talent for a spokesperson-driven TV commercial series, resulting in 17x ROI on Facebook and 6.5x ROI on national TV.

  • Identified, contracted and managed a social media strategy that included a home sampling video blogger campaign.
